==Format==
The 2007 tournament was run on a [[Round-robin tournament|round-robin basis]]. Two points were awarded for a win and one point for a draw. The two best performing teams met in the tournament final. The competition was contested by [[Kildare GAA|Kildare]], [[Westmeath GAA|Westmeath]], [[Dublin GAA|Dublin]] and [[Meath GAA|Meath]].
