I can understand that the defendant loves the plaintiff's children and she was grieving the loss of this child and wanted to be at the funeral to pay her respects.....but she should respect the fact that, as the mother of the child, the plaintiff has the right to say she doesn't want her husband's ex at her child's funeral. That she needs space to grieve the loss of her son. And the fact that the defendant was calling her at 3:00 in the morning just DEMANDING to be permitted to go to the funeral probably didn't help matters.
